ICT-INEX participated in European VR Congress in Warsaw, Poland. The event took place on 23 & 24th May and was the 2nd edition of the biggest conference aiming at Virtual and Augmented Reality in Poland.
The Congress was attended by over two hundred participants, including both the key players on Polish & European VR market as well as thriving startups. It served as a platform for the exchange of specialised knowledge on a wide range of subjects – from construction and architecture, to computer games, art and marketing, to psychology and medicine. The Expo Zone provided the possibility to test the newest VR and AR devices as well experience 360 degrees video productions.
ICT-INEX representative had a chance to explore the development direction of VR and AR branch and to investigate its willingness to step into driver training. Through a number of conversations with the company members, it turns out that the idea of designing VR/AR-based driver training applications is received enthusiastically. The companies are also open to the further cooperation regarding the project activities.
